Previous incidents

Unfortunately, 686 Utilities crashed when performing routine database management & validation checks.
This resulted in the data loss of 3 servers which recently invited 686 Utilities.

From this incident, we'll be looking to increase our backup frequency as well as mitigating this crash in the future.

This issue has now been resolved.

The bot experienced an issue when retrieving data required for the Automatic Announcements feature, and crashed due to a faulty setup of 686 Utilities in a server where the bot was missing required permissions.
We've restarted the bot & will look into this issue shortly.
